We are always on the lookout for fabulous gardeners to join our team.
Gardener responsibilities include monitoring the health of all plants and greenscapes, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilising, mulching, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter.
It would be great (but not essential) for you to know how to use and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers and hedgers, while following health and safety regulations.
Ultimately, you will make sure our client gardens and green spaces are healthy and beautiful.

Desirable but not essential

Monitoring and ensuring plant health

Maintenance and upkeep of client gardens

Install and maintain seasonal plants

Trim and fertilise green spaces
-
Mulch, edge and weed gardens

Prune and trim trees and bushes

Monitor and maintain the health of plants

Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
-
Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter
-
Excellent communication skills
-
A love of the outdoors and plant life
-
The ability to lift heavy objects
-
The ability to remain on your feet
-
Must be reliable and have strong work ethic

You will need your own vehicle
-
Experience as a Gardener
-
Certificate in horticulture
-
Extensive knowledge of regional plant life
-
Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them
-
Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilisers
-
Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping
On the job training is available.
Pay appropriate to level of experience.
